With our clients' desire to capture this enchanting atmosphere, we set out to create a space that honors the home's rich history while embracing a contemporary aesthetic. Our design approach centers on two key goals: balancing history with modernity and creating a transcendent experience.

Our design team didn't just work for the client; we worked with them. Together, we transformed the dull two-story candy distribution office reminiscent of the movie Office Space into a warm, collaborative space. The result is a space that reflects the client's style and our shared vision and collaborative spirit.

A growing family approached Casework with a challenge: reinventing their recently purchased 1915 Seattle Dutch Colonial that needed to be stripped to the studs. The previous owner had held court for a half-century. The longtime empty nester had remained remarkably faithful to an unremarkable ’70s-style renovation, with the exception of updating some appliances.
